Corona Mill hands down. I was using a pasta machine to mill and it would take about 40min with a drill to get through 10lb of grain. Used the corona for the first time this weekend and did a 10lb bill by hand in 10min.
Yeah I had only 1 oz of centennial so the rest are cascade. I'm sure it'll be close. I hear about people harvesting yeast from bottles. Not sure how that works but I'd like to do it some time.

Also another weird thing is that the little poppet valves don't come out of the posts. It looks like they're riveted in place. Is this normal?
Hey hop. Actually mine was pretty much based on your build. I got the exact same freezer so your build thread was a great help. Took me and my dad 3 days but it's working now :) Still have some tweaking to do, but it pours beer!
