This looks great! And now its time for me to brew my holiday beer... So: I currently can only brew PM... Is there an easy conversion? Also, what yeast should I use for this? (It's my first barleywine too)

I humbly say yes! But for me it's because I don't have to guess as much at sugar content before bottling. Force carbonating makes it easier to tweak and carbonate and not wonder how dry it'll end up. Two thumbs up for force carbonating cider!!

I looked at mine, and if I wanted to keep the co2 in there, then the only way to get a half inch would possibly be to shave the space out of the door insulation...

Walker -- am having similar problems with my copper tubing. I'm going to try a last ditch effort and run some kind of copper connection from my bend freezer section up to the tubes. If that doesn't work maybe a fan can get enough cold air up into the tubes... Ideas? If not, a foamy first pull...
