where are you guys going for lighted switches?

Finally moving forward with this project. Spent the last year focused on house remodels and a new job. When I had time to actually brew it was on a 10 bbl system at a local brewery. While that is awesome I'm ready to get back to home brewing. Bumping this thing up as I'm sure I'll need advice!

I just recently started sticking back some beers to age a year or so. I have some beer that has been in the fridge a month or two that would age well. Would it be okay to pull them from the fridge and put in my cellar? Would the time I have had them cold hurt the aging process?

Did they start making it a year round beer? I know 6 packs are hard to find here but quarts are everywhere. The brown shugga has been hard for me to find but it is available at the moment. Had my first ever today. I like it as well but like the sucks a little more. I also agree with a previous...
