Brewed this exact kit early Jan. loved it, fermentation took 10 days, kegged it and it's so good I'm drinking it already. Will brew that kit again for sure!!!

I searched but found older versions and old threads. I have the a19aat. Is it as simple as plugging the power cord of the fridge into corc of temp controller and somehow getting temperature probe in the fridge? Then mounting the actual controller somewhere outside of he fridge on a flat...

Very true.... And I find myself buying all sorts of different beers to find something different to brew. Hence the oatmeal stout

That's about an average of 10 beers a week consumption to get rid of it, not bad, not bad at all. I've killed 3 gallons in the last 2 weeks... Hopefully I don't kill it before the oatmeal stout is ready.... :fro:

Update: beer smells good. Very clear unfortunately. After 3 weeks, tastes too spicy, like coriander is a little over powering, or orange peel. Not terrible, just not where I want it to be. It's a very lite beer, like an ultra or something, with an orange/coriander after taste, so far anyway...
