You are incorrect. Tares on steel 20's are not between 26 and 28 pounds. IIRC yours was painted, but not steel. Put a magnet on it. There were no steel cylinders in the bunch.

OK I heres what I have. 9 are in test.. Depending on which supplier you take to get filled, they want either 5 year or 10 year dates. 10 year is CGA's guideline. some suppliers will only do 5 years on customer owned bottles. I will send out the cylinders with the best dates first. I do have 1...
