    stupid nub kegerator question

    Hello all. I just built a kegerator with a kit from beveragefactory. I've never used kegs before so I'm new to all this. I picked up a keg from total wine and I'll be hooking it up in couple hours. Do I need to run anything through the beer lines in the kegerator to sanitize or clear them...

    question about the ahs irish red ale recipe brewing now!

    Trying to get back in to brewing...my wort is almost boiling! the recipe says add bittering hops 1.5 oz of hallertau...but i didnt receive hallertau...I recevied: 2 1 oz bags of hersbrucker and one 1 oz bag of cascade it then says to add flavor hops ... .5 oz cascade and .5 oz...

    Did I fill my bottles high enough?

    Im worried that I may not have filled my bottles high enough for carbonation. If I didn't fill them high enough, does it just mean that it will take longer to carbonate? Or am I mostly S.O.L.?

    How Long does One Step last?

    I still have about a 3 gallon solution of one step sanitizer sitting in a bucket from when I brewed last week. Is the solution still active at this point?

    newb question, topping off the fermenter

    I'm hoping to get a batch started today. Here is my question: After siphoning the wort into the fermenter I need to top it off with water to get to the 5 gallon mark...I will be using some bottled spring water from the store. Do I need to boil this spring water first? Or can I just pour it...
