    Imperial Witbier Extract Recipe

    I would keep the orange peel and coriander at one tablespoon, I just did a batch of Wit, and upped it to 2 tablespoons, and the drinkability kind of suffered a bit. It's still good, I just didn't add anything else in with it, so the are the dominant flavors. Oh well, lesson learned I guess.

    I talked to my brother inlaw and he said the same thing about a base malt. I think I might just get a pound of 2 row barely. And 1-2 more ounces of hops.

    I am not able to mash at this point. The brew supply store has 1 pound of flaked rye left, and I called to have them put it up for me tommorow when I pick it up. Would 2 lb. more suitable?

    Here is what I plan to do, any advice is welcome. 6.6 lb Light LME 1 lb Light DME 1/2 lb Crystal Malt 1 lb. Flaked Rye Hops 1 oz. Centennial (60 min) .50 oz. Cascade (30 min) .50 oz. Cascade (15 min) 1 oz. Centennial (Dry Hopped) Should I change the sequence of hops?
