    Brewers Best Cider House Select

    I made a batch of this two weeks ago and will keg it tomorrow. I sampled a bit from the thief and wow! It is good. I think I may just go ahead and start drinking it. It doesn’t seem to need much conditioning. It tastes ready. Super easy to make and a good fall brew.

    Received warm liquid yeast

    It’s been five years but I’m going to start brewing again. Ordered most of my supplies online. The wyeast arrived warm despite the ice pack(which was unfortunately a warm pack). Is it still ok to use?

    Question/my first pilsner

    I've been brewing for a few years now and finally have the means to ferment a pilsner at proper temps. I brew mostly ales and never use a secondary fermentation process and my beer comes out a-ok. Can I get away with this with my pilsner or do I need to rack it to a secondary?

    Wyeast Greenbelt bag not swelling.....

    why are my kegs over carbing?

    I've been force carb-ing my kegs. I keep the co2 at 11 psi and eventually(after two months) the beer overcarbs and all I can pour is foam. Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong?

    Kegging

    Question: If you keg a batch and put 11 psi of co2 on and let it sit unrefridgerated and disconnected from co2 will it carbonate over a weeks time or do you need it constantly hooked to 11 psi?

    Help! My fermentor lids keep blowing off the bucket!!!

    I've been getting some pretty good fermentations going on with one of the following three happening: -The airlock gets clogged several times -the lid vents itself -the lid completely blows off I'd like to keep the lid on! I'd appreciate any help/suggestions. Thanks:tank:

    Question about 5 Star LLC

    I need to clean my beer lines and bought some 5 star Liquid Line Cleaner. The instructions say to circulate for at least five minutes. So does that mean run through the lines for five minutes or can I let the LLC sit in the lines for 5 minutes?

    Lost the key to our china hutch - HELP!

    APA with Nelson Sauvin and Citra Hops?

    I have a AHS Nelson Sauvin pale ale kit on the way and I'm thinking off adding some Citra Hops at the end of the boil. Anybody ever try this? I would think these two hops would compliment each other. What do you say?
