After five weeks and a pint of dextrose basicly no carbination. Can i "repitch" it? what can i do to fix this horrible situation.

So the unthinkable happend; my bosses bosses boss found out i'm a homebrewer. He wanted to start "beer fridays" and well tracked me down and asked me to head it up. I said yes, but i'm not 100% where to start. What do yall think would be the best beer for everyone to enjoy on a friday...

I got a kit from AHS about a week or two ago. It's partial mash, so the grains are already there...it's in a plastic bag, will it still be good for a while? what's the time frame/"shelf life" of beer kits from AHS? :-D

So for giggles i was wondering... Can i repitch any/all brews? Say i have a batch in the primary fermenter, i syphoned it out and figured i'd like to put it back in the primary... could i just add a new "clean" yeast vial and corn sugar to it? Or am i just completely wrong?

On average what's the length that you can keep (longest) brew in the 2nd fermenter? I can't ever see to get enough bottles and i was wondering the length i can keep it there.. thanks! -J

Sooo i've got some wort...i'm thinking of repitching some yeast in it... what's the advantage of it? Like ed's afpelwine, could i indefinitely re-pitch over and over? I'm cufuzzzled. -J

I made some mead.... But alas it's gonig to be monthes till it's done i understand that. My question is, it seems that i wasnt able to transfer some of the mead, not i'm missing some of it. Could i add water to it? would that mess it up?! I'm at a loss :(

So i brewed last night.... But i think i pitched the yeast at too high a temp.... What do i do?!?!!? Can i repitch? Or is my wort shot?

So i transfered from my primary to my secondary.... everything looked ok.... but i came by the next day (yesterday) and it was all bubbily and even had gotten into the air lock. should i be worried? should i wait another week? do i need to rack it again? ......help..... :o
