What's your grain bill or recipe say the projected OG? Then what yeast did you use. We can give you a rough idea what your ABV should be around.

My guess would be the booze left in the barrel.

Pitch sour mix! It will eat up any leftover sugars.

Better bottle for some oxygen in your brew or glass Carboy for no extra added oxygen.

Be patient it will clear. Mine is still hazy too and it's been a month. I also added pectin enzymes to 100% fresh cider. Sometimes it just takes some time.

Brewed this yesterday and my OG is 1.092. 2 oz. Of ground coffee in boil should be interesting. There was a lot of 15 minute additions. And I almost forgot cacco nibs. Looking forward to end results.
