    Sufficient yeast??

    Making my first AG 10 gallon batch (finished product) and was curious if one Wyeast 1056 smackpack will be sufficient yeast for the yeild I am targeting? I am making an APA with 15lbs 2row pale and 2 lbs caramel 40. Wish me luck....
