I have blichmann pots an love them except for the standard valves...has anyone ever converted over to tri clamps? I am thinking the only way to do it is to go an have someone convert them using sanitary welds for the clamps. Curious to see if anyone has done this. Pics please if you have!

I just moved from Seattle to Pleasanton and was curious to see if anyone out there was interested in spliting space for brewing. I have seen this done many times before in WA and my new place is a bit tight on space.

I have a Brewers Edge Controller 2 and I am having issues. I hooked it up today to my Keezer and set the temp at 36 degrees. It appeared to be working and the Keezer dropped to the required temp...then the issues started happening. The unit appeared to be resetting constantly. It keep clicking...

Does anyone have experience converting a conical with standard fittings to the new Tri-clamp ones? My local beer shop says it can't be done but I can't find anything on the net saying yah or nah. Thanks!

I just picked up a used 27 gallon conical and got a screaming deal. I know I have seen articles about using a standing freezer with a temp controller as a fermentation chamber but I can't seem to find the posts now. Any recommendations on which freezer to buy and how to build a good chamber...

I just got my boilermaker pots and purchased female and male disconnect that I am going to use off of the ball lock valve. Should I use teflon tape or pipe dope to seal the disconnect to the ball lock? What are others using? I am worried about what the heat might do to whatever I use.
