    What would you do? Diacetyl rest or cold crash it?

    Garbage Can Fermentation Chamber

    FYI - the 20 gallon Rubbermaid "Roughneck" trashcan makes a great little chamber for holding a carboy. It holds my 6 gallon glass and the airlock still fits with the lid on. I think there is probably less than an inch of clearance between the airlock and the top of the lid....so it fits...

    What would you do with these ingredients?

    Hello... I'm new to brewing and planning my 3rd brew. My first two were the Cooper's wheat and the Munton's Bock. I followed the directions on both and they came out nice, no infections, weird flavors, or major mishaps. I feel like I've got my sanitation and fermentation temperature control...
