I just purchased a used garden hose style counterflow wort chiller. It is in great shape and has only been used a couple of times, but I do not know how it was cleaned after its last use. I want to make sure that it is clean and sanitary before it comes in contact with wort. Any sugestions?

SD-Slim; do you have this brew pot? If so, is it of good construction? Did you go with the SS ball valve, temp gauge and false bottom? The rack for the falso bottom looks a bit "clunky", the ones with handles look a little easier to use. Thanks!
