The recipe i have calls for 40% rice extract syrup and the rest extra light dme. Would you use the rice or replace it with flaked corn?

What is the best way anyone has found to clean and sanitize their tubing? Getting my racking cane sanitized is easy but ive been having trouble with the tubing. Usually i throw it in the fermentor with oxyclean which gets it clean then when im ready to transfer i soak it in a sink of bleach...

She drinks michelob, miller lite and sometimes a hard lemonade. It can be hard to get her to try new things. She does try all my brews but she wont give them much of a chance. Thats why i need something that will hold her from one sip.

The kit had cascade with it. One oz for 60 and .5 ozs last 5 mins. Tasting my hydrometer samples i love it. The slayer recipe looks good, maybe ill try that next. Thanks for the ideas.

Thanks for the help. By the taste thought all was good just looking for a second opinion. Guess its time to build a fermentation chamber so i dont have to worry about it anymore.
