just moved from chicago to westbrook, brewing all-grain...well, i will be once i get everything in order! have 4 full kegs to fill the void for now

It's mostly in the yeast selection and grain bill. You can use American hops (won't be 'to style'), but you would want some earthy or danky hops in there...definitely a subdued hop profile

It's sterile as far as i recall, so you can add it to the keg. You could always call and ask, though. I got mine from rebel brewer

And those aren't american pale ale hops. Is this a published clone, or are you trying to clone a beer yourself? Edit: OP didn't say am. Pale ale...questions still stand though!

i brewed up a session pale ale for a comp they were going to have last year, then they just took it off their website a week before & cancelled it! this seems tough..unless you have a 6 pk of RIS sitting around, are willing to give a 6 pk away, and will pay 12 bucks to enter...they could make...

I like the limiting of base malts, but in (maybe) my sole interest, extend the bases out...i.e. 2-row is different than golden promise, is different than maris, is different than ____...most 2 rows are the same, but that golden promise...

Barleywine from february, pumpkin ale (almost ready), apa being dry hopped, just put in iipa/rye pale ale partigyle yesterday!

If revolution is on your list, go early. Especially on a friday/sat...place fills up quick!
