I am entering an 8.5% ABV Robust Porter with Hazelnut flavor and I can't decide if I want to enter 12B (Robust Porter), 12C (Baltic Porter because of higher ABV), or 23 ("Imperial" Porter has no home). Can't seem to find a definitive answer anywhere. Thanks!

I don't have any proof outside of experience and the countless tales I've read from others (who have proof). But, yes, full boil will better utilize hops than a half boil. It just means that if you are doing an extract kit that uses 1 oz of hops, it will extract more acids in a 6 gallon boil...

If this is hops flavored hard candy, it's pretty terrible. I love my hops and all, but all alone with nothing else to compliment it was inedible. Spit it out after about 20 seconds.

Can you store keg cleaner in unused kegs? I'm almost done with one and cleaning another tonight. Can I store cleaning solution in a keg until I am able to clean the other and my lines?

brandonhagen1 is correct. I have had zero foaming issues because I have one fan bringing cool air in, and another fan to help circulate back into the freezer. The foam insulation helps from loss, but it is the circulation that keeps it nice and cool in the coffin.
