    On 1/7 Specific Gravity was 1.012 @ 68F On 1/11 (just now) it is still 1.012 I said Sat cause I can't bottle until then. Does it sound ok to bottle?

    I went to secondary thinking I could clean up the color. But maybe I shouldn't worry so much. Thanks.

    Holy quick reply! I just moved it to secondary. The pic is from the first. It's due this Sat for bottling. This is my first use of dry yeast. Not as active as the liquid pack so I probably won't use it again. Thanks for the pat on the back. I hope it tastes ok. :)

    Does this look ok? It seems like a really weird color to me. I've brewed this same recipe extract style before, this was my first all-grain try at it. But it looks weird!
