    I'm new to kegging and when I dry hopped, I've had great results with cold crashing for at least a week. I've seen others on here recommend at least 3 days but then again, I've never used pellet hops.

    I just left the desktop :/ There's nothing special about the insides now that I've removed the inside fittings but I'll post photos of the them later, if that helps. Also, this thing had brass barbed fittings on the outside of it.

    Cacao nibs or powder for secondary?

    :) I was wondering the exact same thing. I brewed the Andes Mint Chocolate Stout 9 days ago and forgot to add the Cocoa powder to the boil. :mad: I think I'll try the Cacao nibs for one half and a few ounces of cocoa powder with the other half.

    Sanitizing with Well water...

    I'll be using OxiClean then StarSan to sanitize my equipment. Hopefully, this shouldn;t be a problem. I know it's definitely not good for brewing. I just picked up a carbon filter today to see if that remedies the stinky sulfur situation. Thanks XXguy.
