    Well I guess you could always use the Heat Equation to calculate what conditions are best for optimally bringing your wort to boil. In special cases (homogeneous material) the equation should be easy enough to solve. If you have any nonlinearities then solving the p.d.e could be a royal pain.

    You're lucky...good food and good beer. I lived in lafayette for a while and miss having good food at walking distance. I could kill for the spider roll and seaweed salad from Kokoro.

    Greetings from middle of nowhere Illinois

    I joined a little while ago but I hadn't gotten a chance to introduce myself yet. I've gotten a few batches under my belt but I've already found myself buying another fermenter so I can have 2 batches going at the same time. Let the addiction begin!
