    Joe's Ancient Orange Mead

    After 2 days, I topped the water off and put it under the cabinet... Just checked and the airlock was filled with krausen.. It seems the fermentation is increasing.. It has a blow off tube for now.. 5 days into fermentation, and it smells wonderful!

    It was sent to California when it should have gone to Chicago.. It however is a ground package, with no time commitment.. Had it been 1, 2, or 3 day, they would refund if it was not in that window.. Ground however has no time guarantee...
