    Thank you for all the replies to this thread. After much thought, I am going with the awesome "Hill Street Brews". It just caught me and struck me. Already have another cop working on my labels (He has a degree in graphic arts). Once again thanks.

    I'm going to be brewing my next batch for the guys I work with, we're cops. I want a catchy name for my labels, I'm just drawing a blank. Any help would be appreciated. Everyone in these forums is very creative, thanks.

    First Brew

    Welcome Woodland. On Wednesday, I cracked my first bottles of BB Red Ale, all I can say is it was awesome. I never went to a secondary, left it in the primary for 3 weeks then bottles for another three. Bottle my second batch, Caribou Slobber, on Tuesday.

    Hello all, just got my brewing kit (Deluxe from Northern Brewer) via FedEx, purchased an ingredients kit today (Brewer's Best Red Ale) and will be finally brewing my first batch on Monday (have to work all weekend). Needed a hobby for my sons and I and it's perfect since we all enjoy beer...
