    Just Could Not Wait....

    I just could not wait to taste my first AG a Honey Ale. It's been bottled for 10 days. Good carbonation so far good taste. I did not even let get chilled, which I should have. I will try another one next week and chill this one. I just can't wait till it's done. Dave :tank:

    Low gravity upon racking to Secondary

    I just racked a Honey Ale after seven days in the primary. I took a gravity reading and got 1.006. Missed the estimated by 6. Should I be concerned? Dave
