    Beer fermenting since May?

    I have a beer that has been in my closet in its primary since the end of May. Its been in a closet at room temperature over the last 6 months.     Bottled today. FG was 1.010. Got ready to bottle and forgot priming sugar. I whipped some up and poured on top and gave it a good swirl. With this be ok?

    My OG was 1.060, and i didnt take a FG. I thought i would after it was on the strawberry. I should have done one before i added the strawberry though.

    Mine has been on the strawberries a week today. I have not seen any bubbles come out of it since i put the strawberries in. Did anyone else not have ferminatation start back up? Ive been keeping it around 62-66 degrees

    Just racked my beer onto 8 lbs of fresh strawberries that I halved and froze. Temp of beer was 54 degrees with strawberries. Looks good so far!

    anyone have pics of using a straining bad for fruit??

    Im thinking about using a paint straining bag to add my strawberries in for my last beer. Im a little nervous about sanitizing the bag and strawberries and how i leave it in the bucket. Anyone have any pics or advise?? Thanks!

    today is 2 weeks since i brewed mine. Next weeekend i will be adding 8 lbs of strawberries. Im hoping the extra week gets me some riper strawberries.
