I finally kegged my batch on Sunday. I used LME instead of dry. My batch sat in primary for about six weeks and spent three weeks on the dry hop due to time constraints. I never dry hop that long, but it didn't seem to have any I'll effects. It tasted pretty damn good! Should have a better idea...

Brewed this last night! Pitched Notty and she's churning away! Thanks for the recipe! This really did cut out some time. I was able to brew and cleanup after the kids went to bed. OG sample tasted great! Looking forward to getting this in a keg!

Brewed the Northern Brewer Black IPA last night and then the Northern Brewer Big Honkin Stout this afternoon. The ferment chamber in the basement is experiencing some flatulence at the moment! Wanted to make an all cascade IPA today also but got tied up watching football.

My wife likes blue moon and I made AHS's clone with the dry yeast. It turned out good and everyone likes it. If I made it again I'd use 1/2 the spice pack. I fermented at 65 and it was really good. Not sure when this keg will go dry but I'm sure soon.
