    What am i doing wrong

    Maltodextrine-to add or no?

    Soo i brewed a 5 gallon batch all grain with some german pils and a small amount of vienna. Just pulled a sample outta the carboy and it seems kinda light(which i was shooting for) and thin tasting. Ive read about adding some maltodextrine to the carboy before transfering into the keg.     Tolerance

    I gotta know. Does anyone else experience this? Been a loong time beer drinker and i can sometimes drink for 10-12 hours on a saturday and be totally fine the next day and then sometimes have maybe 6-7 beers on another night and feel like total trash the next day. What gives??
