    I am planing on moving both of my brews to secondaries this weekend. One is a lager so it will go to the fridge the other is an IPA, my question is i want to move my IPA to the basement but it is around 60 degrees what time fram will this stretch out the secondary period?     Steeping now, need help.

    I am doing a full boil should I steep grains longer than 20 mins? Makes sense to me. Say 30 mins?

    Keezer Question

    Why is everyone raising the lids on their keezers? Why can't you stick a tap out the side? I have modified several fridges with a tap in the door with no problem and it does not comprise the seal on the lid / door. Is it because of height on the chest type freezer?
