    Best Variety Pack?

    I was under whelmed with the SN snow pack. The coffee was just not my style. I'm loving Firestone walkers variety pack. Union Jack ipa, DBA (English), pale 31, and 805 (a honey ale that goes all with the ladies)

    I recently used 002 for an ESB, and was underwhelmed. Seemed lower malt than i wanted plus it had a hard time cleaning up the diacytel. What are everyone's go to enjoys strains and fermentation schedules?

    The anchor tour is well worth it. Normally small groups (6 people) and plenty of samples before and after. I would give them a call and see if there are any cancelations. Are you in sf this week? I know Almanac is hosting a beer fest Friday night. Check online for tickets

    Looks really good. Can't wait for more pictures and I only wish I had the space On a side note, does everyone get tax returns? I was brought up to limit ur tax return as much as possible. Because all it means is you were loaning the government interest free for a year. Just my .02

    Peterman grain bill

    Just watched this weeks Brew Dogs episode, and they bring back a old style of beer: Peterman. I was interested and may try out a small batch of this low abv, dark, slightly sour, wheat beer. I assume the grain bill would be close to a Berlinerweise , but just adding of anyone else was intrigued...
