Well, just noticed that LHBS milled 1 lb of roasted barley instead of 1 oz into the bag of grains. No going back now as it's in the mash tun. I guess I'll triple the waiting time on this one to let it mellow and see what happens.

I just brewed after a 5 year hiatus. I have one keg that just stinks! It woke up the house when I opened it and I'm not sure what I had in it. I cleaned it and saw hop leaves, but the smell is horrendous. I cleaned both posts for 15 mins with Marks Keg Cleaner (https://www.kegwasher.com/)...

I don't think Warsteiner is by any means the best, but it is great whilst grilling! I have had some Warsteiner that was better than some others (Maybe transport issues). I do like Bitburger and just had some Krombacher tonight for the first time.:rockin:

Just got back from the trip and wanted to post some thoughts.....Stone was amazing! The beers were first class, but reserve your table several hours in advance as it was over a two hour wait when we arrived. The beer garden was awesome and well worth the trip. Be prepared to wait in line for...

I think it cuts down on foam when bottling from a keg using a beer gun.
