    you know i had the same problem when I first started, someone on here told me it was because i was opening the beer at room temperature. So chilled the bottles for 24 hours before drinking and never had a problem since. Give it a go

    Hey Im a newbie too and had exactly the same problem, some kind person on here told me that my beer needed to be cold as I was opening them warm.. they were right 12-24 hours in the fridge prior to opening fixed the problem. Are you opening yours at room temp like i was ?

    Hi Guys, Im loving this homebrewing!! On to my 5th batch had a great weekend on my brew that had been in the bottle for 12 weeks ... loved it. Im trying a cider that is ready to bottl. I like the idea if putting the cider into a clear glass bottle .. is this ok as opposed to a brown bottle?
