    Mine sat in the Primary for about 10 days and then in the secondary for about 3 weeks. I bottled it about 12 days ago. Tried one after a week and had the exact same impression as you. Bready. Tried a couple last night (still not 100% carbed, but close) and it still had some bready taste...

    Just bottled my batch I brewed on March 22nd. It has been in the secondary for over a month now. I just didn't have the time to bottle it. Hope it makes it even better. Tasted pretty good going in the bottles.

    I too am brewing this as my first AG brew. I have some extra Centennial hops I might try and add in there somewhere. Come to think of it, I might not have enough bottles or keg space for this... Oh well, cross that bridge when I get to it. SAM ADAMS PARTY!!! :)
