    Adding Fruit Question

I am doing a trial batch of a Cherry Wheat brew. I will be using canned in water Cherries. When I puree the cherries, do I add the water from the can as well, or should I strain the water off, and just use the fruit? I just dont want to throw off my sugar ratio. Thanks.:ban:

I have had a request from SWMBO...

I need some ideas. I have had a request from SWMBO to create a beer for our Hawiian wedding reception using pineapple. What type of beer would that fruit work with? For ease, (and because i am still new at this) i would like to add the fruit to a beer mix. Any ideas?

I need your advise, my fellow brewmasters. As I am filling my bottles (I am using 22oz bottles and a hand capper) do I fill them all, then cap or fill one-cap one? Thanks for your help!
