Thank you! I'm going to cut the 60 minute hops to something closer to Jamil's stout recipe (his og is close to this recipe).

20 grams is about 3/4 of an oz, correct? So in a 5 gallon batch that would equal 3.5 oz of bittering hops - or am I missing something?? Thanks for your help!

Hello, I'm planning on dry hopping my IPA in a couple days, and will be using the remainder of the hops I used for my boil (so I've touched them, probably before my hands were sanitized). They've since (about a week) been in the freezer. Is it possible they may contaminate my beer? Thanks!
