    There's more like bottles, Campden tablets, sodium metabisulfite, orange peal, etc, but you get the picture. I was actually conservative with the 1500 dollar estimate, I'm sure I spent more than 2000 on this stuff. Someone take it off my hands or it's going in storage.

    Infection?

    A week? Then you're probably good. Mold usually doesn't show up until extended aging times. Odds are it's just yeast. Mold is pretty easy to identify though, looks just like the stuff that grows on food in your frig. White, chunky and hairy, like most of the brewers here:D
