    Red Ale foam up upon bottle opening?

    Anyone know why my all grain red ale would foam up out of the bottle after seal has been broken and cap removed? It comes up slowly after opening, starts maybe after 10-15 seconds. The beer spent 1 week in a primary, 1.5 weeks in a secondary, and has been in the bottles for about two months...

    Split 2 day brew?

    My friends and I have recently started brewing 5 gallon all-grain batches but our work schedules make finding a block of 5-6 hours where we can all brew difficult. Is it possible to mash one day, store the wort for 24 hrs and boil the next? Any insight will be greatly appreciated
