    Oxide layer for al stock pot (did i do it right?)

    I'm using a turkey fryer burner. It gets to a boil but just takes about an hour and 15 minutes to heat less then 10 gallons up to boil. I'm kind of just toying around with the idea of a heat stick. I'm not really dead set on it though kind of bouncing back and forth on whether it'll be worth...

    it's a 10 gallon one. I filled it up with water and when I went to boil it i realized that my propane burner barely had what it takes to get that up to boil. So when I switch to 10 gallon (hopefully by the beginning of summer) I'm thinking about adding a 120 watt heat stick with my propane...

    Hello from Central New York (state)

    Been brewing for a couple months with~5 batches under me and definitely started to run before i could walk in some cases. This caused me to ruin 2 batches of beer which there currently sitting in my basement for a few months. Looking to make the leap to all grain pretty soon with deathbrewers...
