I milled my grains about 4 weeks ago, but didn't get around to brewing. I put the grains in the fridge after a week, but haven't really looked at them since.
Do you think I should go ahead with the brew or by some new grains?
I refrigerated half my beer right after bottling.
I then thought about the fact that the yeast probably wouldn't function too well in the cold.
It was in the fridge for maybe 3-4 hours.
any hope?
I stupidly refrigerated half my newly bottled beer for about 3 or 4 hours before thinking maybe it wasn't so smart to do that.
Will this hurt the beer? and if so, what will probably happen?
