So, I've got my beer all kegged and carbed up, but I'm not sure how to fill up bottles from my keg. In the past I've just filled a growler with very low pressure to prevent foaming, but I've always drank that in the next day or two. How do I go about filling two bottles to turn into a...

    Worst Part About Homebrewing

Being a military guy, the hardest part for me has been the desire to pull 2 or 3 beers off my tap every night when I get home. My weight can not support that. It has been very dificult to refrain a few nights, or work out more. Still trying to find the right balance.

    Need names of terrible beers

Worst I've ever had was "Lucky Lager" it's brewed in WA state. Not sure if you can find it in your neck of the woods, but if you can...you will win. Truly awful excuse for beer! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lucky_Lager

Best fermentation temp for Wyeast 1728 Scottish ale

I used the 1728 for the first time a few batches ago on a scotch ale. I fermented in my basement where it is about a constant 68 degrees. The batch came out perfect. I havnt been doing this long enough to tell you anything as far as flavor's specifically due to the yeast. But I can say...
