    Scorch marks in Stainless

    I'm helping buddy get back into brewing and I noticed his stainless brew pots have scorch marks on the bottoms. (probably why his previous beers didn't turn out:D ) Does anyone know how to get rid of these or does it even matter?

    Wee Heavy first try

    Tried an all grain (1st time) Wee Heavy. It has been sitting in the secondary for about two weeks. I took a sample today and it seemed really weak an watered down. Is this batch a waste? Should I wait? Any ideas as to what the mistakes were?

    Sonvolt, are you also an Uncle Tupelo fan? I thoroughly enjoy Schlafly's beer. They recently opened another bar called the Bottleworks. I still prefer the Tap Room downtown.

    Priming a bitter

    I'm getting ready to bottle an English Bitter and was curious on whether or not this beer should be primed? The recipe does not specify.
