yea i never learn my lesson on that one. i gave some friends who only drink budwiser some big heavy stouts it didnt go well.

Ive got one i put away from my regular stock and made it kinda pain in the ass to get to ive got plans for father son first beer for that batch

then why brew these imperials and barleywines then bottle them in 32 oz bottles? ok that may only be funny if you are drinking alot of big azz stout. i personalyy do enjoy a beer most of the time but sometimes it is just funny as hell to pound a few 2 many

i dont see a thing wrong here. if everyone could afford the equipment they wanted there would be a million micro breweries and quiet a few the size of ab. id sure as hell have alot better then the slapped together stuff i have. just make sure it doesnt gather dust

i gave a friend of mine some of my stouts so now he pretty much wont try any of my beer. never give a guy that only drinks bud a 7% + stout as a intro to your beer. i can safely say there not ready for it.

old timers always told me to soak my pintos over night and change the water before cooking to prevent gas. ive thought about using the water to brew a stout. has anyone ever tried this? would that be fermentable or just be a flavor in your beer that has your friends puzzled as whats the mystery...
