I've read in one or two places that before racking the beer into the keg, you should flood the keg with CO2 to eliminate oxygen. But, the main article on kegging in the homebrewtalk wiki doesn't mention it. And a lot of other stuff I've read doesn't mention it. Superfluous or necessary step?
