    Beer is stil flat... Why do you think?

    Howdy, My beer has been in the plastic bottles for 2 weeks so everything was good but I put them in the fridge and tried one the next day and it's still flat! Any ideas why it's still flat if the bottles have expanded and co2 had been released?

    Cleaning Carboy white visible residue?

    Howdy, My Carboy's have a visible residue inside them . I have a small brush but can't get down to the lower half of the carboy to scrub it clean. I Was wondering if I could use Oxyclean to get the residue off without scrubbing it or will I need to buy a longer bigger brush? Or Both? Grimmy

    Sparging 45 min vs 30 = BE% gain?

    Howdy, My efficiency has been around 65-68% so I have decided to sparge for 45 min instead of the usual 20-30 min. I'm in the middle of the sparge right now and I was wondering if I can expect some gain on my brew house efficiency? If so how much do you think? Grimmy
