Austin Homebrew sells a kit for Yukon Red

You might be hard pressed to find someone else who has even had the beer. Its is a very nice beer with well balanced malt and hop flavours. Sorry I cant help you but I do agree on the beer.

Just had a few more and it seems without the other beers before hand it tastes better. Still get the smokey/woody after tastes but much more palatable.

Thanks all for your input. I had been drinking a couple ambers so wasnt sure if my taste was off. I still have 5 left so I will give them a go by themselves and see if that will make them taste different to me.

Do you get anything from the Yukon Brewing Company? Their Yukon Red Amber is supposed to be pretty good if you like that style of beer.

Thanks for all the help this site is great. How often does the water need to be changed to be effective? and how long to I need to do this for? just for the fermentation or the whole time in primary?

I was taking the temperature in rooms in my condo to find the best spot to ferment but every room is about the same temp(73). The heat is not on in any room. From what I have read on here this it too high a temp to ferment in. How do I get around this problem?
