Sounds like a good recipe. The Fresh Squeezed bottle mentions a touch of honey malt. It might be a good ideal to add a small amount to give that lingering sweetness.

I have made a KBS clone similar.
Add the cocoa nibs in the secondary.
I used Cally V yeast and it turned out good.
I added some (very small amount) of lactose to the priming sugar at bottling to give a little of the body back.
I also left mine on the barrel for 90 days. We had a bottle...
I want to try to make something like or clone the Bell's Oracle.
Anybody have some info? I have only had it on tap. This year I was to late, it was off the tap list when I got to Bells.
Any help would be appreciated.
Update: I made a couple different batches with the Heidelburg. I like it. It is light like a pilsner, but flavor more in the line of two-row. Made a PtY-ish triple that was super!
