is this a common occurence? Granted I don't know how old the kegs are and how they were used in the past, but it seems like it'd take a long ass time for plastic disconnects to wear down a stainless post. Should I at least change the post seals before plunking down coin for new posts?

I figured out that if you don't fill the water pan with something, you run REALLY hot. for Sunday I filled the water pan with...water, was stuck at 250 all day and ended up with 2 fantastic bone in pork butts :D
