Stopped at 7-11 and picked up a sixer of Blue Moon Winter Ale (or w/e), Newcastle Brown Ale, and a Sam Adams Winter Classics. Currently tasted a Winter Lager, Chocolate Bock, and Old Fezziwig. Man, this is a great X-mas. :D

Haha, I love the foam. Especially in a blow-off rig. Sometimes it'll foam up and I can scoop the foam up and sniff it. I'm a foam sniffer. :rolleyes:

Agreed! I knew I kept all of those old file servers and hard drives for something! Now I can make happy yeast starters. Great posts are for all time.

1) Get some more books and learn more about beer. 2) Acquire better equipment. 3) Brew a Barleywine 4) Work on a few custom brews/names. Brew a few of them. 5) Start washing yeast and making starters. 6) Buy more in bulk. 7) Try as many hop varieties and beer styles as possible (Craft of course)...

At some point my family was watching Dirty Jobs and the episode about Decomp and Entymology was on. We managed to have dinner through that episode and didn't have a problem with the Chicha episode. I wonder if we're normal sometimes.
