Just tapped a keg of this. It's damned delicious. Really and excellent example of the style. I think the only change I would make is deleting the roasted barley. My only other complaint is that it goes away too quickly!

I've been using the threaded carts almost exclusively now. They work great and you really can't beat the price. Great find. I've got 2 taps and about 12 bottles in rotation. So far no problems with these whatsoever. The fit perfectly in the fridge.

It will. I was concerned as well, but after about 4 weeks of aging the sourness almost went away completely and turned into more of a dry finish.

I did an extract version of this. I still ended up with a pretty massive grain bag, but it still fit in my 5 gallon pot. I sparged it in a smaller pot at the end. The final product was the best beer I've ever brewed. I'm sure the all-grain is far superior, but I'm really loving the finished...

It ended up being a tiny bit sour, but it's not off-putting and still incredibly aromatic and tasty. I think next time I'll cut back on the berries or use a sweeter mix just to perfect the taste.
