How to pull a sample beer?

Breaking out the auto siphon for one beer seems like a pain to wash... I'm lazy. This seems easier for some reason?? http://www.morebeer.com/products/sterile-siphon-starter-65-gallon-carboy-threaded-neck.html

Electric AND direct fired BIAB kettle

Redoing my system and considering an eBIAB that also has the option for direct propane fire. This would give me the convenience of 240v brewing at home and the portability of propane (club brewouts, etc) Thinking about using the 2 inch TC element adapter from brewers hardware and just...

Why do all new kegs have unremoveable poppets?

    Sours Newb

If you see a copy of "brewing with wheat" laying around the Berliner recipe in there is solid. Ive won several medals with it. 50% Pilsen 50% wheat. No boil, small decotion with some hops. Pitch a vial of lacto and give it 2 day head start at 90° then cool and pitch us05. Clean lactic sourness...

Thanks for the info. I was wondering this exact thing. I read the instructions and wondered if they were as bad at the instructions in kit beer Making a Chardonnay kit and force carbing it to bottle off something like a dry champagne for new years. Bought the kit but havent started it yet

    Building a keezer

I just used tiny regular ones. No leaks. Most of the time I have to cut the hose to get it off a barb anyways. It gets stuck on the barb and the only way to rip it off is to cut it.

    Building a keezer

I built a super cheap 4 way co2 manifold from harbor freight parts. But it doesn't have shut off valves if you need that. Get the stc temp controller off eBay for cheap.
