we'll if they drink coca cola in AL,there drinking a product that was modeled in the beginning,to have 15 milligrams of cocaine per bottle. that I think is worse than alcohol. It's illegal But they look over that,Even though 75% of "them" drink Coca Cola Take it how you wanna, but Coke was...

Yes they do leave it up to the states, just saying if it went to any federal court the judge could stick with the states DA or find a loophole and let him walk. Federal overturns state

Lets say he only had beer making equipment, the federal law can overturn the state law.So if it went up to federal court at that point they could overturn the "state" and let him go for whatever reason they have, probably for being a "vet" and dismiss all charges.

More people than you think, think that brewing your own beer can make you go blind.Mostly people that don't brew and never have intention to do so often remain close minded because they "don't wanna go blind" SO on another note I applaud Reevy and others to continue to encourage the open minded...

50,000 dollars worth of equipment,if he was making all of these for "himself" 50 gallons of beer not to mention hooch or still even being a "master brewer" he would of been over the 100 gallon limit in no time I am not shooting the fact that hes a vet, just the fact that that is ALOT of equipment.

distilling is really only adding one more step to the process of making beer. So for the guy that said distilled beer would be a waste, even though you only get about 300-350 ml of alcohol out of a gallon of beer.Man is it good after aging.(I don't own a still) but grew up drinking distilled...

Has anyone done this? What keg system would you recommend? I've been looking for one just not sure yet. If I got a keg system when I get ready for beer I can make that to.

I read all 13 pages now and don't you think that if there was a still it would have been in the picture?(with the scopes of course) If you really really think about it,a water distiller is almost like a modern day coffee pot, without a filter pretty much the same concept.

    Sugar wine... got any advice?

using distillers yeast is ok,I'm saying this from experience, but ec 1118 with the right amount of nutrients is a lot better, and taste better on the dry side. I used alcotec 48 hour turbo yeast,I got it around 18-19% and dry, with 39 pounds of blackberries(picked alll by me and weighed in at dry...
