I came up with this with a friend who's the brewmaster for the local brewpub:
Specialty grains-
.8 to 1lb caramel 60
.5lb 2-row
.5lb flaked barley
steeped in 2.5 gal. for approx. 30 minutes until water came to 170
brought to a boil then added-
6.2 lb light DME (Briess)
HOPS- All...
